REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal, exchange, and returns

The user has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of exchange or withdrawal.
During the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 7) this period is extended to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order, or from when the package is available for pickup in store, as applicable.

Products purchased during promotions identified as "Season Sales" are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects, in accordance with current legislation.

Ways to manage exchanges and returns

  1. Online:

    • Through the link https://returns.itsrever.com/humpier for orders within the Peninsula and Portugal, with a charge of 5.00 €.

    • For orders outside the Peninsula, the charge will be communicated by email before processing the return.

  2. In physical store:

    • FLAGSHIP (Calle Campoamor 9, 28004 Madrid)

    • DONTO STORE (Calle Guzmán el Bueno 72, 28015 Madrid)

    • Exchanges and returns free of charge, only from Monday to Friday.

    • The days start counting from when the package is prepared and ready for pickup. The customer will be notified when it can be managed.

In all cases, the items must be in the same condition as they were delivered.

Refund of amounts

  • The refund will be made according to the method of return used.

  • For returns in physical store, the refund will be made to the same payment method used or by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal.

  • Purchases during the Christmas period will be processed in 30 calendar days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, except for clearly visible manufacturing defects.

  • Stickers and similar items.

  • Garments that have been manipulated or washed.

  • Garments that emit odors or other elements that affect their original condition.

  • Requests received outside the period of 15 calendar days (or 30 days during the Christmas period).

Humpier reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product and decide on the exchange, return, or withdrawal according to quality control criteria.
